How do I sign up?

To sign up for an LBRN Training account, follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Sign Up” button at the top-right corner of the homepage.
  2. Fill in your details, including name, email, and password.
  3. Confirm your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
  4. Once verified, you can log in and access courses.

How do I log in?

If you already have an account, click the “Log In” button and enter your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.

2. Courses and Learning Paths

How do I enroll in a course?

To enroll in a course, browse our Course Catalog. Once you’ve found a course you’re interested in, click “Enroll Now” to join. You will receive a confirmation email once your enrollment is complete.

How can I track my progress?

You can track your course progress by visiting your Dashboard. Each course displays a progress bar, showing how much of the material you've completed.

Are there assessments and quizzes?

Yes, most courses include assessments and quizzes to help you review the material. Your performance on these quizzes will contribute to your final certification score.

3. Technical Issues

I can't log in. What should I do?

If you're having trouble logging in, try the following steps:

  • Ensure your email and password are entered correctly.
  • Reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.

The course content won’t load. What should I check?

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.
  • Try refreshing the page or accessing the site from a different browser.
